Workshops for Kids

Neon Hand Puppet Workshop

Students will hand craft their own rod-style 3D hand puppet from fluorescent materials. Master puppeteer, Jean Kuecher, will inspire the young  puppeteers to manipulate and speak for their puppets. Groups of 3 or 4 students will create their own original puppet show from behind a hand puppet stage. The students will be the audience and enjoy performing the glowing puppet shows for each other during the last 20 minutes.

All supplies will be provided by the workshop presenter. Teachers are required to help with the workshop. Students will take home their own original puppet creation.

Cost - $10/person (minimum $220)

Ages - 5 to 13

Size - up to 40 students with adult helpers

Length - 1 1/2 to 2 hours

Workshops can be combined with performances for an incredible experience.

Neon Paper Fish Puppetry Workshop


Students will create Fluorescent paper hand puppets and perform behind a Black light puppet stage. Master puppeteer, Jean Kuecher, will inspire the young puppeteers  to manipulate and speak for their puppets. Groups of 3 or 4 students will create their own original puppet show from behind a hand puppet stage.
All supplies will be provided. Teachers are required to help with the workshop.  Students will take home their own original puppet creation.

Cost - $220

Ages - 2 to 13

Size - up to 60 students with adult helpers

Length - 1 to 1 1/2 hours
